Ssd testing software

Is there anything else I can use to test aside from windows error checking?

 

System locks up for about 10-20 seconds every once in a while. Kinda like a bad week time for a hdd. System froze twice the other day while trying to load pubg. Never had issues like this in the rig before. 

 

Just want to ensure it’s the problem before I migrate again.

 

I cant see what it does during the freezes so the pics are just when playing some bf1 and steam updating in the background. The games are not on the system drive though.

Crystal Disk Info reads out SMART values... 

 

else some manufacturers also have their own tools like crucial, samsung, seagate etc.
