What port is this. It’s on a wlan pcie adapter thingy.

Looks like some antenna port that takes a proprietary antenna.

It's a Dell H04VY wireless adapter card, and that indeed is an antenna port, for the Dell Wireless Antenna WX492

It looks like it was made for some early SFF Precision and Optiplex workstations, probably for situations where a regular antenna at the back of the PC wouldn't get any signal?

If you want to use the adapter with normal antennas it shouldn't be too hard to droll holes and buy cheap antenna pigtails off eBay/Amazon/etc.
