I am trying to build a 200/250 dollar ,,Gaming,, PC, I would use second hand parts...What are yours suggsetions?

parts aren't cheap. If you have a scrapyard near you, you can get some cheap parts, They sell by weight so you can get things like a motherboard, CPU, ram, SSD/HDD, etc. However, the scrapyard has a lot of old junk so you have to part out the good stuff from the bad stuff, and some of it might not work.

That is an extremely tight budget for a gaming PC. The way I would go is find a non-proprietary prebuilt with a capable CPU such as an i5-2500 and buy a used GTX 1050 Ti.

that is tough dude. you could go to best buy (or the equivalent you have where you live) and ask if they have any open box pc returns, they are much cheaper than new. do the same with parts you could get some deals

You can't. Your best case scenario would be an amd ryzen 2200g. This means you have 150 dollars left to buy a case, ram, hdd, motherboard, and power supply with. It can't be done.
