If I installed Windows 10 on my SSD can I remove Windows 10 files on my HDD

not sure what you mean, but if you complete reinstall to a ssd - why would you need the older windows files on your hdd?

it's like 2 separate systems if its on each its own drive

If I reinstall Windows on my ssd will OS on my Hard Drive be deleted?

no, not unless you format the drive or delete the hdd files in some other way. remember to put the ssd as your boot deceive in bios, else it will still boot off the hdd

If you INSTALL windows on your SSD while HDD will be unplugged (what I recommend) then your HDD remains unchanged. Then you can delete everything from your HDD.

aha i think we think alike, i hope op talks about actual installs - not copying files over, because that for sure dont give the intended result
