Need help

Does the H110i v2 have fans come with it? Also do I have to buy thermal paste for my new pc build or do CPU's and AIO come with it pre applied?

It comes with two fans, and you need to buy thermal paste with the cooler. I would recommend the Arctic MX-4, since it's cheap and pretty good.

AIOs come with pre applied thermal past, as does pretty much any cooler.

It does? My Arctic Cooler Liquid Freezer 240 just came with 2 packs of MX-4. But who knows the pre-applied could be dried up anyways so having extra paste is always a good idea like if they need to remove the cooler to troubleshoot they can at least apply new paste.

@Crunchy Dragon and all I am purchasing a Corsair 400c Case how do you think I should set the fans/AIO (Meaning AIO top or front? I am buying a 1080ti thats pretty bulky and not lite at all.

Well the pre applied paste is fine, but sometimes it's a good idea to just get some thermal paste in case after you installed the cooler and need to remove it cause you installed it the wrong way or something so you can just apply some fresh paste. The 2 fans that come with it is decent enough, though they aren't really quiet when you run them at full speed. But they will work fine.

@Rainbow Dash how do you control the speed, is it in the Bios or do corsair have software as I'm buying all corsair fans as well

You plug the fans and pump into the fan headers for the CPU fans and pump on the motherboard and that way you can control the fan and pump speeds. Or you can use the Corsair Link program to control the pump and fans.

Go radiator intake on the front, if you don't have enough space on the front due to the GPU, then on the top as exhaust.

It should have enough space. If not you can always mount on the top.
