Hallu,

I have a problem with my laptop again.

It started bluescreening randomly about once a week or so.

I tried everything I know, Installing newest bios, drivers, downloading all the windows updates, running memtest (8 passes no errors)

Now I've reinstalled windows, it was quite for a day, but now I got like 3 Bluescreens in a row..

I get multiple error messages, most common right now:
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (cdd.dll)

and the last one I had:
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

first time trying to reinstall windows, I ran into a boot loop while trying to install the wifi driver

with error code:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

what I got over the last couple of months: (hasn't reoccurred after reinstall, but it's been just a day)
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_ERORR

one annoying thing about these bluescreens is that they all fail during dump creation ... so I'm left with not much to work with.

Since KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR tells me, that it is probably a problem with the hard drive, memory or some driver, I run memtest again for 8 hours (8 passes) with no errors. I run chkdsk without errors a couple of times now.

I looked at my drive with s.m.a.r.t. and it says the drive is fine. sfc /scannow also returns no errors.

I think that is everything I tried.

Ahm, I'm on Windows Version 10.0.15063 (Win 10 x64) now (before the last? feature update, but with all other updates installed. It used to work flawless like this)

I did a clean reinstall (downloaded an image from Microsoft and formatted everything)

The laptop is around 2 years old (just out of warranty :c )

Dell XPS 9550

CPU: i7 6700HQ

GPU: integrated intel HD 530 + GTX 960m

16GB DDR4 RAM

If anyone could help me, I'd be overjoyed. I still have exams, so I really need my computer and don't really have all that much free time (none ...) to spend on repairing my laptop.
