I want to create a new system for myself for playing games like league of legends and other games like Starcraft on high or better settings but the problem is I don't know what part will optimize and be in my budget (1000$)

I would like to make this system upgradable for the future.

Please help

A GTX 650 Ti will handle StarCraft II at max settings with relative ease, pretty much anything will handle league of legends. You should probably look at an i5-3570K on a Z77 motherboard. You might have to go for less though if your budget includes a monitor and a copy of Windows.

Just a rough estimate of the highest tier of hardware you can get

You should be able to squeeze it under if you find a decent sale or just drop something to the tier under and even if you do, it will still blow away sc2 and lol at ultra settings

the 7770 outperforms the 650 ti in sc2 by a long shot, slick benched it

Here is a neat & powerful little rig that you can overclock to hell and throw another 7870 in crossfire some time down the road: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PGAR

Have fun :)
