Admin privileges pop-up causing almost permanent volume lowering

Guest

Every time a program requests admin privileges to open, Windows would typically lower all other sounds to play the little chime it does as the alert pops up, then my volume comes back to normal. After a recent Windows 10 update, the volume stopped coming back after the alert and it's very, very low. The only fix is to play a YouTube video that wasn't already playing and it comes back. (I don't know if that's the only way to fix it but that's how I've been doing it.) Anyone know how to fix this strange problem?

go in your volume mixer and rise them all again, my guess is you need to wait for an update to fix it or maybe a reinstall of windows or maybe even a pc restart might fix it.

Nothing in the mixer actually gets lowered, and I've gotten an update and restarted since then already. Thanks anyway though :P

Probably will have to just wait for a fix.
