Is the gpu foam anti static?

I just bought a gtx 1060 6gb asus turbo and it came in no anti static bag. Is this ok? The only thing protecting the gpu was the foam that came in the original packaging.

That would be my guess or it was returned.

 

ALL GPU's, as far as I know, come in the plastic anti-static bags and with the foam around.

I just found a video of the unboxing and even the new asus turbo card had no anti static bag.

I think they always "pre-unbox" the products off camera, before they unbox them in front of the camera, but that might just be me.

 

Also, I think it shouldn't be that big of a deal, as long as your card still works... :P

I'd be really disappointed if Asus gets so cheap that they stop giving out anti static bags.
