Is there a small touchscreen wireless display? 

Not a tablet like an iPad or what not.

 

The main use for this device would be to control my PC around my house but without the hassle of an OS.

You want to remote desktop from a tablet? Take a look for a used tablet running windows and then use a program like Parrot

Nah, no tablet. 

Is there a wireless monitor like a tablet but only a display.

I know there are wireless displays but is there one that is handheld and touchscreen?
