Help with adding network drive!!!

Hello, 

 

I currently have a USB drive plugged into my router and I am able to view the USB and it's content on the network on my two laptops but I can't connect to the drive on my Desktop. I have no clue what the issue is, can someone help me!?

 

I used the exact same method of connecting to the drive as I used in my laptops but I still can't connect. I used my desktop's LAN and wifi and both didn't work. I recently upgraded my motherboard on my Desktop and I was able to connect to the drive on my old motherboard but it seems to not work on my new motherboard.
