Laptop Temp

Hello Guys My aunt bought me a 2nd hand HP probook 4530s specs are in the pic and my concern is, is this the normal idle temp and running black desert online temp???

BTW aunt didnt ask if the previous owner change the thermal paste but she did tell me that previous owner replace the old battery with new ones and add 4GB ram to a 8GB already RAM with a total of 12GB RAM(4GB ram is hyperX mind you i opened the back myself.....

anyway are  the temps normal????
