Personally I don't think your SSD is worth dropping to 8GB of RAM. Some newer games like the Witcher 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Arma 3, ect. all run better with more RAM. If you really want to keep the SSD I suggest swapping out the 1 8GB stick for a 2x4GB stick so you can run in dual channel and add another 2x4GB stick later. I personally still run HDDs and the time it takes me to boot up is not bad at all. As long as you manage your start up programs and enable fast boot in your BIOS setting your boot times should be pretty good.

Edit: considering your also not running a "K" processor you don't need a fan either.

Yeah it is, about $100 more than it would take in the US for the same build.

Fixed everything

dunno where you budget went

Ryzen 5 2600 is a better value

RX 570 at that price is a WAY better value

Should buy a case that actually has airflow as well.

Just gotta find that motherboard, it's the best value choice IMO, probably $100-120 in AUD maybe? If the price is crazy just get the B350 version

Or get like the ASrock Gaming X X370 board given X470's crazy pricing, but it may need a BIOS update
