You can run these games at medium settings 60fps at 4K (you didnt say resolution) just fine. If you're talking about 1080p, then it's overkill. Massive overkill

The H100i v2 is less expensive and at least as good or better than the X52.

 

Get a dual channel memory kit.

 

I'd suggest a better psu.
