192.168.0.1  or infoblock is preventing me from entering certain sites. I tried a cleanboot and it did not work. I didn't know what to put this under. I know very little about computers please help me.

Sounds like you have some kind of parental controls on your router.

Throw that Router out the Window and buy a new one.

 

But to be sure try changing your DNS address before hitting your old modem with a hammer

I would do a factory reset on the router, if the problem is still there I would reset the computer you are using so all potential virus and/or malware are gone, if the problem still persists I would grab my trusty hammer and whack it till it works, Russian style
