Problem:

I work for a company where we build these PC's and ship them out to customers as workstations. These are like counter PC's that you see when you go into an auto part store (the kind of stores I deal with). Just about 2 weeks on the dot they get a BSOD or no response from the PC. We have tested each one individually before they go out by burning them in and letting them run for awhile. We thought that the problem was coming from outdated chipset driver and outdated BIOS, but that didn't fix the problem, so another 2 weeks and BSOD. We need a small form factor machine that has M.2 and that does not crash ever.

What I need:

- A fix for the PC's that we currently are building.

-OR-

- A new system that is more reliable

Spoiler

If anyone needs more specific info, I will gladly add to this the exact errors we see in the Reliability Monitor in Windows or any error messages. Usually they vary from machine to machine, so idk how helpful they will be.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I would have built a simple i5 6500 and 8gb of ram machine, because the ryzen is still too new for professional use cases.

My boss is an AMD fanboy so that's a last resort. I've already tried telling him that Intel is more reliable and he just spouts out that AMD is cheaper and using leading edge technology and I throw back at him that its not reliable. He gets quiet and says "just email AMD and ask them whats going on" ...So much easier than switching to intel right?

1. AND used to be unreliable but that has changed (as long as you have dual channel memory)

2. You need a raven bridge BIOS are if the moon even supports it

3. Why are you running single channel memory?

Ryzen is way more stable with dual channel just use 2 2gb sticks
