Laptop for a friend

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some value options on a gaming laptop. I was thinking a complete gaming laptop or maybe using an external GPU for a regular laptop. It's supposed to be used for school and gaming. 

I'll post games he wants to play later.

The budget is about 1345 euro (max)

For this budget it would be hard to find a laptop with thunderbolt 3 + external gpu dock + GPU. But gaming laptops are not going to be very battery efficient. The best for your friend is to build a good desktop for up to 1000 euros and then buy a laptop for school with the remaining money. The laptop will be lighter and easier to transport and you will have a far better gaming experience with a desktop.
