did I need to upgrade my Win server 2016 to 2019

HI I have a windows sever 2016 datacenter and I would like to know IF I RELLY need to upgread my server, to have access on the Windows feature. Or it is relly usless to pay more to upgread it. 

I use my Windows Server 2016 Datacenter for DNS(Web hosting), SSL and more.
