Which PSU is better?

I have 4 power supply's that I cannot decide upon. Could anyone tell me which is better in terms of performance and price? (Its ok for it to be semi modular)

1. no, old group regulated
2. isn't that EOL for decades?
3. OKish, though high fan RPM in idle (~900rpm)
4. worse than TX

Any other Option like Cougar GX-F, Bitfenix Whisper M?
