Storage

might change, still unsure what to include as i would like to dual boot ubuntu + win 10... Should I partition one 500gb? or use separate drives?

I've had bad experience with windows updates nuking the boot table for a linux install.

Also, is a shared storage (for projects, documents etc.) through ExFAT feasible?

RAM

The 64gb Ripjaws kit (4x16) I have in the list is "not officially certified for ryzen" whereas i could buy 2x2x16gb flareX kits and get the same amount (albeit at a higher price); what's better (performance, energy)? I found the following post on r/Amd that tells crashing problems: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/6tz8sa/threadripper_and_ram_speeds/

Should I go above 3200hz as proposed in the thread?

Fans

I might switch them out for "regular" NF-F12PWMs, what's a good set up for this? I was thinking two intakes at the top and front and one at the back for positive pressure…

Cheers and thanks in advanced for any help!
