GPU crashing

AMD R9 270

Backstory: I wanted to try if my keyboard that got wet a few days ago worked. I plugged it in, and a second after my display just switched to artifacts. 

After the windows logo there was only a black screen, so I unistalled the gpu drivers in safe mode. Now whenever i start the install of amd drivers, my screen turns black. Is my gpu dead?(the fan spins)

CPU: AMD FX 8350 | GPU: AMD R9 270 Windforce | MOBO: ASRock 990FX Extreme 3 | RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB | Case: X Predator X1 |CPU COOLER: Hyper T4
