PSU May be broken?

So I built my PC around a week ago. Working fine since. To turn it off I click the power button, it turns off, then I flick the switch on the PSU. Me doing that worked fine. Now whenever I turn my PC back on a week later after doing that nothing happens. My Fans spin, but no display and my keyboard and mouse do not light up. I have to keep rebooting it and then it turns on after of like 10 minutes of constant reboot. I have no Idea whats wrong.

When you turn your PC off for the day you don't need to hit the switch on the PSU. You should only do that when you want to probe around inside the case or you're unplugging/plugging in equipment to do an upgrade or other change. You shouldn't hit that switch every single day. It's meant to be left on otherwise.

 

Start with the easiest thing. Unplug a stick of ram. Swap them. Move them around. See if it POSTs. If not we'll go from there.

Im using it right now, like I said if I just keep turning it off and on it turns on like normal. Im just worried if something does happen and I have to flip the switch I want to make sure that the computer will just work. All I really wanted to know is what is causing the issue.. It seems rare.
