Weird Chrome Issue

Hey guys,

 

So I've just noticed this issue today. I don't know if it's been going on for long but I highly doubt it. There's some text right under the most used tabs and there's a button in the top-left corner that doesn't do anything. I tried clicking or dragging but it doesn't have an effect.

 

I've tried changing the theme or removing the theme entirely, but the text and button don't disappear.

 

Anyone have any idea what it might be? I just want to remove it. :)
