Hi guys,

So I have a problem where Windows doesn't save some of my settings if I've changed them. For example, the default Power Plan in Settings is 'Balanced'. If I change it to 'High Performace' then reboot, it reverts back to 'Balanced'. This also happens when I try to remove Safe Mode from my Boot Menu. When I click 'Apply' to only have Normal Windows as my OS and reboot, none of my changes save. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

I've seen some laptops that have company software made for power usage.. Like Lenovo etc, that constantly override Windows settings, is this a laptop? With any type of program from the manufacturer?

No, custom PC built by me. I've had this problem ever since I built it but have never really seem it as a 'big' problem till now.
