Samsung CF591 help

I have had my CF591 for a little over a year with no issues at all until last night.  I restarted my computer and immediately when it went to post I noticed that the screen was extremely washed out, almost white/grey everywhere and there are a couple of faint areas of movement on the monitor that look like static from poor antenna quality.

Before reboot the only different thing I had done was install Spybot S&D and do a scan/immunize.

I have tried letting the monitor rest a while in case it overheated, plugged another computer into it and it looked the same (It actually looks the same even when nothing is plugged into it and its scrolling through source inputs), and my computer looked fine on another monitor.  Switching HDMI cables out made no difference.  I want to try to exhaust all my options before sending it off.  Appreciate any possible solutions.
