Server psu

I got a xeon server lying around and I wanne use my corsair Psu with it. How can I see if it's qualified and has enough wattage to power it ?

whats in your server? how muc watts for your psu? is there enuf connectors?

i mean, if it is just a server with some drives and a Xeon chip but nothing else, you can probably get away with 300 Watts, tough if you have a dual chip server with multiple gpu's and other add in cards you might want to go a little beefier
