7zip Getting windows error when extracting a program from 7zip

Hi, I was casually downloading some stuff and using 7zip to extract it and it said "Unexpected error is keeping you from copying this file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem

Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error

And I used youtube videos and nothing worked. Any help?

Just as an alternative... have you only extracted the .exe with 7 zip or did you do the whole folder?
