Overclocking Ryzen 2700X

I mangled to get a stable overclock at 4.3 GHz, I noticed that the overclock is being applied constantly. Is there a power plan, or a bios option to enable so that it only clocks when I need it?

Using the Gigabyte X370 K7.

You will have to look into P-state overclocking.  although not sure if it is worth it.
