  • 2 weeks later...

For the GPU right now i have my old GTX570, but did put a new cooler on it awhile a go!

five_pictures2_20101207152323.jpg

Runs about 20*C cooler now, mostly because it had msi blower style cooler and the fan was full of dust before.

Windforce cooler is loud, go for something like MSi's Twinfrozr or Asus's DCUII. They are both excellent coolers.

Please don't. :)) Don't ruin this beauty of a rig with a 212...
Something from Noctua but replace the fans? or something from dark Rock.

Better yet are you interested in the Zalman Reserator? (I dont think I spelled it correctly)

@Dielan

Not so much. I've built rigs with them and they seem ok. Louder but by much.

Also with the amount of fans in his system I dont think he is concerned with how loud the system is. :)

Yea, I don't mind a bit of fan noise, and probably will go with the windforce just to stick with Gigabyte and I think they look pretty cool too.

What cooler from Noctua would be a good fit for in here? Not a fan of there brown fans.....

If you don't like the color scheme of noctuas, get a dark rock or hyper 212 evo cooler

AF at the back and SP at front.

The dark rock ones are beefier and sleeker looking.

With Noctua one you can get the D-14's and replace the fans. You can NEVER go wrong with noctua

Never mind i know what wood is ,in 1 of the pics it looks like wood but it some thing else behind the case it self. Any way ,

Yes those bays can be tricky .Do ya self a favor the hot swap cables take those 4 screws out & remove those cables ,i did that with mine & i tell ya less cables to contend with is great ,plug the power / sata directly in & bobs ya uncle.

For the cpu cooler, i was thinking of getting a hyper 212 evo with some corsair fans on it. They have SP and AF, with rads i thought you were supposed to use the SP ones (Static Pressure).
