Thermal Paste Recommendation

I am using a 8700k with Cryorig R1 Universal.
Currently using the Thermal Paste that came with the cooler which is called "CP9" 
I have the processor slightly overclocked to 4.6 and was thinking if getting a better thermal paste ( i have Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut in mind) would  make much difference.
I will go for Grizzly if there is significant diff in temps like more than 5 degrees or something.

You should be fine with your current thermal paste. If you want, you can put some Grizzly on but I seriously doubt it'd do much at all.

Do you know what your current CPU temps are? If so, please post them here.

Ahhh if its not gonna do much then i wont go for it, money is tight at the moment

Well idle temps are between 36-39 with ambient being 30.

At load with AIDA64 temps hit high 70s. and with FPU only crosses 80.

Yeah, that's perfectly fine. You don't need to change your thermal paste.

Yeah temps are okay, but if i could lower it a bit i would push to 4.7 for daily use.
