Is my gpu dead?

So I launched a game a screen went black and showed no cable detected/ no signal, then I restarted the PC and it showed win logo loading and when ended loading before login screen pops in did the same thing. And now it just shows black screen even on restart

My gpu  Rx 460 oc 

Could i5 4460

Ram 8 gigs

I switched to HDMI and it works, I was using Whit display Port. Is it possible that Port died or maybe cable?

I'd check the connection and cable first before confirming that.

When I plug the display port it shows error in amd panel: The system has deceted a link failure and cannot set requested resolution and refresh rate. Your monitor might not support requested resolution or there may be an issue Whit cable connecting the display to your computer. 

 

In Windows notifications panel it shows the same but Whit different words.

And then I plug back HDMI and all the PC lags. 

So is the port or cable dead? When I plug in display port Cabela's it shows screen for some seconds and the turns black and shows no signal

Could be, if you still want to test it though you can try switching the cable. Otherwise, I believe your port is dead.

Yeah I ordered new cable, I hope it's cable cuz I can't find my warranty card ?
