Bad Block

I was looking though the event viewer and found some errors about bad blocks there are a lot of errors from a few mounts ago starting about 6/24/2018 are these all the same block or mutable different ones? also the error also had this in it \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 in all of them or the ones I checked. and would this cause my windows 10 breaking and having to get a new windows somewhere else so won't lose data.
