LGA 775 CPU on LGA 1150 motherboard

Hi all,

Guy's what would you do if the tech shop man gave you an lga 1150 moher board for you lga 775 CPU (Pentium dual core)?

Tell me your reaction bellow and what would you tell him if you said it will work...

buy a lga 1150 cpu and enjoy the free motherboard upgrade

775 is ancient.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

throw the dual core somewhere in the house (not worth selling, too cheap), or even make it into a decoration say a key chain.

 

Then buy a proper LGA 1150 CPU.

I'd be filthy rich for figuring out how to run a computer that has no memory controller on the CPU nor on the motherboard chipset.
