Advice for a 1080p 144hz monitor.

I think curved monitors suck when it comes to playing games (it distorts the image), but it should be fine once you get used to it.

 

Besides, you only get two other choices. Bear with TN's crappy image quality, or go to 1440p where flat high refresh rate IPS panels are actually available. IPS way increases expense significantly, while TN is... crappy. To be fair it's cheap, but you'd want to avoid having better monitor around because it's ugly when there's a comparison available.

Hi everyone,

I want to get a new monitor for my setup. As the title says I am looking for a 1080p monitor with atleast 144hz. Also I was considering going for 27inch but I think it’s too much. 

My budget max €400

Graphics card: Gigabyte Gtx 1060 6gb aorus extreme gaming

Cpu: i5 8500

I mainly play games like Csgo and Overwatch.

Most of them are TN and none are IPS. There are a few VA panel models like the Samsung CFG70/CFG73 and offer better colors and viewing angles than TN models, but VA are the most expensive

Man you can get Dell 24 Gaming Monitor – S2417DG. Its 1440p (2k), 24inch or 27inch, 165hz with g-sync, tn.
