So I ordered the Phanteks Eclipse P350X a few days ago and got it yesterday, after finishing up and starting it up, everything worked fine, atleast for around 4 hours after which the RGB lightning started glitching and most of the red tones just turned into white. To note that the front panel lights works just fine in all the different colours.

I've been ordered to RMA it after talking to the store where I bought it, but if i can I would rather find a solution to fix the problem myself and avoid shipping it and waiting for them to look into it which probably will take a while.

So I'm asking here if anyone experienced something similar or have any clues on a solution.

Cheers!

Hi !

Option 1 - From my personal experience with my p350X case, you may only power the lightning either with the header controller cable OR the sata cable. Connecting both turned my pc into security mode. I guess that it your PC doesn't have such a security functionnality, it might have grilled your LEDs ?

Option 2 - As the manual suggests, it is intended to work only with a 5V header. Is your jumper on 5V, not 12V ?

I hope this'll help you figure out :)
