So i have a  GA-B150-HD3  mobo and i bought a m.2 ssd Samsung 970 evo nvme 250 gb , i am trying to install windows on it but the ssd name appears in bios only in override with my SSHD and the usb stick , if anyone can help my, first time using and m.2 ssd , i have tried looking for a m.2 option in bios but nothing .

If it shows up in the bios then you should be good to go.  When you boot off the USB to install windows, does the M.2 show up as an option for installation?

when on boot menu , i have it there but when i move on to the windows intallation , i can only see my sshd partitions

no, when in setup i saw the partition , and after i installed the sshd , and i got back at square one , i tried to remove the sshd again and nothing . I done with this really , i am trying for 2 h to make it work

Remove the sshd, install windows to m.2 ALL THE WAY.  boot to desktop and make sure you are good there.  Then shut down and reinstall SSHD.  Boot to BIOS and change m.2 to 1st boot order.  

Right?

i tried again and not working anymore , maybe i dont support NVMe? GA-B150-HD3 this is my mobo

No, it does.  I would remove everything except the SSD and the USB and start from scratch.  Go into the BIOS and restore optimal defaults.
