High cpu usage ntoskrnl.exe

ntoskrnl.exe is using up 100% of my cpu i searched online how to fix it it said to go to regedit and set ClearPageFileAtShutdown to value data 1 and restart pc i did it but it still is using up 100% after 4 minutes of afk if i move the mice it drops down to normal 0% to 2% 

i have cleaned the from dust and added new thermal paste still have the same problem

It's usually indicative of thermal throttling when it starts doing this. Are you sure you mounted the cooler properly and that your temperatures are okay?

the cpu temperature goes up to 50 c max unless i play something then heats up to 50/60 C but when it goes up to 100% the temperature doesn't change much maybe 5c 

 and it only happens if im afk
