Well you can't repair a CPU (without extremely precise tools and materials, which you probably DON'T have) that has an error code as they as most likely the CPU fault, ram fault or motherboard. Ask them which motherboard they had the 8700K in, so you can get the model number, then try to find a post code with 10 in the motherboard manual, or just post the motherboard model here.
