Balanced $2000 PC

Budget and Location:

I live in Sweden and my budget is around 27000 SEK but since everything is so much more expensive here it’s around $2000 USD. 

Monitors: I have 2 1080p 144Hz monitors 

Peripherals: I have all

PC: I just want a balanced system that will have no bottlenecks (I’m aware bottlenecks are everywhere but try to avoid them). 

Aim: Gaming

well bottlenecks occur through usage , so basically any computer on earth has a bottleneck depending on what its doing.

for example any computer that runs cinebench will have a cpu bottleneck during the test as it taxes the cpu 100% but the gpu is barely used to simply display the program so it doesn't have much to do. yada yada

Hence why I said TRY to avoid them. Like having a 1050 with a 8700k

I used the Italian Parts picker for this build as both Sweden and Italy are EU member states IIRC, which means that it should in all likelihood due to the EU trade laws be possible to acquire the components I chose. I used the current USD to Euro exchange rate to find the budget cap in Euros arriving at 1709.18 Euros.
