Ram question

I bought a Asus mother board it supports 8gb ddr3 I have a 4gb G.Skill Ripjaws pc3-10666 I bought another Ripjaws 4gb stick but they don’t have the same product number would it work

they'll work so long as they are compatible with the board they probably will only run in single channel

if you have 2 ram sticks of the same capacity and run at the same frequency, there's actually a chance it'll run in dual channel. Worst case scenario, however, is they'll act like one 8GB stick.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

you'll have 8GB unless you're replacing the other stick.
