ok look i started up my cpmputer at first it was working beautifully then i had to go somewhere so i shut it down as it was shutting down it started to update so i left it like that and left when i came back i powered up my computer again and for some reason it took more time to power on than it ususally does when it did my computer installed the update and i logged in when i tried launching a game(Dying Light) i was unable to skip the intro(it usually says press any key to continue) thus i was unable to play it i tried launching bluestacks but it took PAINFULLY long to launch and even when it did my game wont open and my computer would freeze i checked all my stats and EVERYTHING was working how it should so i thought the problem must be with the internet so i called the ISPR and told him my internet was runing slow he checked stuff from his side and said it was A. OK i even restarted my router on the mobile EVERYTHING was fine it cudnt be a virus cuz i have ANTI VIRUS installed PLZ HELP GUYS PLS PLS PLS PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Have you tried restarting your pc since this all happend? It could have been a bad update, it could be a corrupt windows file, it could be something as simple as windows installed the generic video driver back on your computer.

I would try a restart.

Then check your drivers

then try opening command prompt and typing in sfc /scannow

if that doesn't work then I would look a rolling back items from your windows update.

I have a feeling you are young. Things take time, it has a lot of files to check and then repair if needed. Go for a walk, watch some tv, go outside, etc.

Well, I made a mistake by stepping in this thread and attempting to help. Hopefully you can find someone willing to help a kid throwing a temper-tantrum.
