Windows Server 2016 Standard Not Showing All RAM

So I've just upgrade my NAS from a G3258 to a Xeon E3 1220v3

It's on a MSI Z97M-G43 Motherboard with 24GB of RAM installed.

Windows Server 2016 Standard however is only showing 16GB.
Any advice here? Did I miss something in the BIOS?
