Windows will not boot, I keep getting stop codes

-101  initiation failure

-kmod expectation not handle

-system tread expectation not handled, what failed ntfs sys

-bad pool header

-page fault in non paged area

-system pte misuse

-registry error

-system service expectation, what failed wim fsf sys 

-memory management

- 0xc000021a

The  automatic repair is it working and my computer just keeps rebooting to try and fix itself.

 

My system is a 

-20gb ram

-120gb ssd

-1tb hd

-2tb hd

-7970 msi lightning 

-asrock z87m extreme 4

intel 4690k at 3.5ghz with stock cooler

Reinstall Windows. If that doesn't fix it, start running stress tests and hardware diagnostics to see if you can narrow down the problem to a piece of hardware.

20gb of ram means what? 8+8+4? Try with just 8gb sticks or single 8gb stick. If these continue after reinstall.

Unplug all the hard drives except the one with the OS on it and see if it boots.
