If your trying to water cool your gpu, and you have a ryzen 5 1400, id use that money to a better cpu like a 2600x. Watercoolomg a gpu is not worth it

Easiest solution is to use relatively cheap closed loop coolers.

Remember, overclocking is NOT going to make your PC 50% faster.  Maybe 15-20% at MOST.

Better hardware is cheaper than dumping cash into overclocking hardware, unless you are already at top tier equipment.

Overclocking has evolved into more of a hobby now that most parts run relatively close to their max clocks to begin with.

The thing is, I my room the gpu can rise up to 80° without no OC, so, I want to keep it real cool so I can OC a little bit, also the bios show me some multiplier and divisor of cpu ratio and that thing really confuse me.

80c is fine.  Turn up the fan speed with something like MSI Afterburner.

You should probably spend a few weeks reading up on what those things are before you even attempt to OC anything.
