Floatplane acces, double payment, no response

Hi guys, i'm totally lost by now. I've been a supporter of LMG for a long long time now, and have been subscribed to floatplane from the first second on. However I've experienced more than a bit of trouble in the beginning. Moslyt getting kicked out of floatplane. every time fixing it again and again. After a while i discovered that due to the constant kicking out i was triple paying floatplane for over half a year. getting no response from any contact about it. and now getting kicked out and double paying for three months again. I'm completely lost. i just want the content and enjoy it, and support lmg in the meantime. however i just yesterday payed again and lost access AGAIN. and i literally "can't" pay lmg more.

i'm completely lost and just want to watch the content if this goes on i'll have to cancel everything. i calculated that i already paid over 60 euro's extra over the normal subscribtion that i will never get back and never get anything for in return. and that is a lot of money for me as a engineering student.

Why/How do you keep getting "kicked out"?

Have you sent an email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com? That is the support email, and they should be able to sort you out.

Well i log in, and it just says "no subscriptions", that's what i call getting kicked out
