No. All that wouldn't cost as much as a single LED fan, it should cost somewhere close to 200 dollars.

Well I've been shopping on Tmall for the last few weeks since a friend of mine who's in China agreed to get some stuff down for me. But the stuff I saw was actually close to the US price. Maybe a bit higher or lower. I saw a 140mm aer twin pack with Hue+ close the $89 price mentioned in the NZXT website. But getting all that for the cheap price you have mentioned raise some doubt for me. Tmall have certain shops named "(brand)flagship store". Might want to check them out. To my knowledge the prices should somewhat similar to the price you'll see on Newegg or Amazon(that's how I check for prices). Hope this helps.
