Xbox one or a PC? GPU riser hickup

Hello,

In the post below I had my first hickup of my build(THIS QUESTION ISN'T ABOUT A CASE MOD OR OTHER MODS)

 Now I have another problem... the GPU, I need a riser like this, or I will need have a HDMI male-female cable but a riser cable like that is better.

I need that but with a mirrored/flipped male or female end
