No it won't, this card uses AGP and your motherboard doesn't have that.

Dear LTT Forum,

 

I found an old GPU in my room (see image, ASUS A700-A171) and i was wondering if this GPU will work on a ASUS Prime B350-Plus Motherboard with AMD Ryzen 1700, i know that i will have crappy performance but i just want to know ;)

Allright, thank you. i was just curious if this old GPU can be installed on a new Motherboard. you solved it!

Yeah if it used PCIE then yes but AGP is long gone now.
