cooler replacement help please

Hi im planning to replace my cpu cooler but idk what should i get. My computer is dell otiplex 990 and im about to change its tower to this : https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353056&ignorebbr=1 now im looking for a cpu cooler for my dell otiplex 990 motherboard. can someone help me look for a cheap decent cooler for my cpu? im planing to change it to this one: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103107&cm_re=cpu_cooler-_-35-103-107-_-Product but im not sure if it will work. if anyone has some suggestions i will definitely keep that in mind. its my first time changing it so im not sure. help please.
