Certificate Chain broken?

UPDATE: I installed both SSL certificates on my phone and nothing is working.

 

Please someone help. :( 

 

 

EDIT: It's working Turned out I was using an old certificate.

Hello everyone. I've got a problem. I have CA 2 Servers. First server is an Enterprise Root CA and other is also an Enterprise Sub CA. Issue is that when I try to access my web servers through my phone, I get an error. "Server is not trusted" I go to see the chain and All I see is the intermediate SSL and the webserver SSL, the Root CA cert is no there. It works fine on my PC

 

Both servers are Windows 2012 Datacenter.
